Sugar Plum Whiskey Smash
Ingredients
- 1 plum, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons sugar, as needed
- 3 ounces whiskey or bourbon
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1 can ginger ale
- Ice
Directions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Toss the plum slices with sugar, then add them to the hot skillet. Cook on each side until caramelized, 2 - 3 minutes per side.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a glass and garnish with a plum slice.
